OUR TEAM

Jane Tuttle

Personal trainer & Neubie Trainer

We were meant to thrive! Hi, I’m Jane. For as long as I can remember I’ve had a deep love for movement as medicine and a passion for helping people achieve their best selves through fitness and nutrition. I believe true health goes beyond exercise- it’s about creating balance and fostering a lifestyle that supports both the body and mind.

My certifications include NASM personal trainer with focused training in performance enhancement, corrective exercise, nutrition, and behavioral change. In addition, I am Neufit Neubie certified. I specialize in designing personal fitness programs for individuals at all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. My approach focuses on functional movement and evidence-based training techniques, ensuring every workout is both effective and enjoyable.

When I’m not training clients, you’ll find me chasing my goals, living life to the fullest with my husband and kids, or diving into the latest research on fitness and health. My mission is to help you move better, feel stronger, and live a healthier, more balanced life-and I’m excited to be part of your journey.

Riley Edick

Sports Trainer and Nubie Trainer

Prior to becoming a trainer and owning his own private facility and brand, Riley was a super fan of the world of sports. 15 years’ worth of relentless studying, trying and applying things in his own life, has now shifted into an obsession with movement, overall performance, and discovering what the body is fully capable of when the mind and body connect as one with a common goal of improvement.

After 2 years in business and 150+ total athletes trained (NFL players, college football players, college and high school baseball players, MMA fighters track and field athletes) Riley believes that finding, understanding, and executing to perfection basic movements and maintaining perfect positions during this movements is the most important part of training. Learning and embracing this has taught his athletes to apply those concepts to their sport, to get faster, build power that translates to field or court of play, and of course build that dream physique we all want and visualize.

Riley has worked with individuals ranging from those eager to improve a physique for a higher placing in a bodybuilding show, eager to gain speed and power for their sport of choice, eager to shed body fat for a wedding, or eager to take a few strokes off the golf game. Wherever you see yourself going, Riley is confident to get you there.

field, in the gym, or in their everyday lives. Over the years, I’ve trained NFL players, collegiate
athletes, Special Operations teams, and everyday people working toward their goals.
But fitness is only part of my story. I’ve always been passionate about pursuing big dreams and

EG Wolf

Competition Coach

Wolf began his health and fitness journey a couple of years ago where his journey went from someone who was unhealthy, overweight, unmotivated, and uninspired to someone who has transformed into the best shape of his life. This has escalated to competing in not only local but national levels shows as well…Earning medals and trophies that are all based on hard work and dedication. Wolf has continued to become stronger not only physically but, most importantly, mentally. His passion is to help others achieve their goals, regardless of what those are, and to reach their full potential.

Bretton

Competition Coach

Bretton has been an athlete all his life. Growing up he played many sports consisting of soccer, hockey, football, lacrosse, baseball, and golf. At age 14, unhappy with his skinny fat frame, he started working out in his basement determined to bulk up. He did the same exercises every day for a year and then slowly learned the importance of rest, nutrition, exercise form, and execution. Since then, he has been a student studying how to build muscle and lose fat through proper exercise and nutrition. Furthering his education at college with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Bretton is a lifelong learner. Bretton did his first bodybuilding competition in 2016 and has since then continued to compete with his most recent show finishing top 5 at a national level. Bretton is motivated to help others avoid the many mistakes he made along his fitness journey by streamlining his client’s success to be their best self in and out of the gym.

Jak

Competition Coach

Jak with nearly a dozen bodybuilding shows under his belt, Jak has awards from nearly every one of them.

Shows, Awards, & Placement:

  • Jak competed in the First Classic Physique show in Texas with the NPC and won Novice and Open Class B

  • Later that year switched from NPC to INBA/OCB and obtained his pro card with the PNBA in 2017.

  • In 2018, Jak participated and won his first pro show, then went to win the Mr. USA Classic Physique title in Las Vegas.

  • Later competed at the Natural Olympia where he finished 3rd and went to win more natural pro shows.

  • After 2018, Jak switched to NPC, where he has never lost a weight class at any local show.

Most recently, Jak competed in two national level shows landing himself in the top 5. It’s easy to see that his IFFB Pro Card is just around the corner. Did we mention that he accomplished all that as a completely natural competitor?

Bodybuilding isn’t just about a few minutes on stage for Jak, it’s his way of life. Jak uses everything he has learned in fitness, bodybuilding, and nutrition to help you set and accomplish your goals whether it’s getting on the stage or to live a healthier lifestyle.

Carissa Ferguson

Bad Bitch Athletics

I’m Carissa, a personal trainer and the proud owner of Bad Bitch Athletics. I’m passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and a physique they love.

After graduating with a degree in Biological Science in 2015, I obtained my personal training certification and began coaching clients from all walks of life—whether they were focused on fat loss, rehab, or performance. With years of experience working with both individuals and small groups, my specialty lies in helping women develop a strong, hourglass physique—building sculptured glutes, a defined waist, and toned arms.

At Bad Bitch Athletics, my approach is rooted in the fundamentals: teaching proper form, optimizing workouts for efficiency, and creating an atmosphere where every woman feels supported. I believe in educating my clients to become their own best personal trainers—teaching them how to train with intensity and pushing them to be aggressive with their goals. I also emphasize the importance of nutrition, ensuring that each client knows how to fuel their body for maximum results. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or are a seasoned athlete, I tailor my programs to meet you where you are, helping you progress at your own pace.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, from athletes to soldiers to those recovering from injuries or looking to lose weight. However, my true passion lies in empowering women in the weight room—either one-on-one training or in small groups—where I can connect with clients and really help them unlock their potential. I take pride in celebrating every client’s journey and am thrilled by the transformations I’ve witnessed, not just in their bodies but in their confidence.

Fitness isn’t just about physical strength—it’s about mental empowerment. Helping women gain confidence inside and outside the gym is what drives me. I love the opportunity to see my clients grow, not only in strength but also in mindset. There’s nothing more fulfilling than helping someone become the strongest, most confident version of themselves, and I am honored to be a part of that journey.
